FoodNutriScan is a free AI-powered food scanner and nutrition tracker. The service lets you:

• Scan food with your camera or upload a photo
• Receive AI-estimated nutrition and health insights
• Save and review your scan history
• Browse nutrition data and educational content

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

When using FoodNutriScan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not misuse, scrape, or overload the service
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls or rate limits
• Not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content

Nutrition values, health scores and insights are AI-generated estimates and may differ from actual values. Results are estimates, not medical advice.

FoodNutriScan is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.

All FoodNutriScan branding, design, software and content are owned by FoodNutriScan and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the scanning service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.

Upon termination, your personal data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

FoodNutriScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated nutrition estimates.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws where FoodNutriScan operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
